DATA LINK

Free Emergency Medical Information Scheme

What is Data Link?

A free scheme for anyone living at home, so essential information is readily
available to the Emergency Services, should you suffer an accident or sudden illness.
It ensures vital information is available on relevant illnesses, allergies,
medication and contact addresses.

How does the scheme work?

Your details are stored in a clearly labelled plastic container, stored in your fridge door.
Two matching labels, known to the Emergency Services and other care agencies are
displayed in your house, one on the outside of your fridge door and the other on the
inside of your front door (placed so that it is not visible from the outside).

Clear instructions for completing the form are provided in the pack.

Packs are available from the Police Station, Manchester Road, Chapel-en-le-Frith.

Tel. no. 0845 1233333

Members of Neighbourhood Watch schemes should contact their Co-ordinator for packs.
